Dubai has been named as the location with the best standard of living for expats across the Middle East.
Some travellers booking flights to Dubai may not be planning to get a return ticket after the emirate was named the best place for expats to live in the Middle East.
According to the results of the Mercer Quality of Living survey, the city is the best place to live in the region.
It also performed well when it is viewed in the global rankings, as it came 74th out of 221 assessed locations.
Abu Dhabi also performed well, coming 78th out of all the assessed locations.
The study is performed by taking New York as the base city, with all the other major cities around the world judged against it.
Overall, Vienna took the top spot and the title of the best place to live in the world.
