A low-cost Australia-based airline has launched new flights to the Gold Coast from Hobart.
David Hall, Jetstar’s chief executive officer of Australia and New Zealand, explained the Gold Coast is an ideal destination for those taking flights to Australia looking for a beach holiday.
“The new service is not only great value for money, families travelling between Hobart and the Gold Coast this holiday season can also save time with Jetstar’s direct service,” he added.
It is expected that the new daily service will add a further low-fare seats to Jetstar’s annual capacity.
Last year, the airline took delivery of a new Boeing 787-8 aircraft with two classes – StarClass and economy class.
