The Taming of the Shrew

The Taming of the Shrew, a play written by William Shakespeare, presents one of the most famous battles of the sexes in an excellent manner. This play will be enacted by popular personalities like John Crosthwaite, Jhenai Mootz, Daniella Pereira and Nicholas Bailey. With outstanding performances they easily win the heart of the audience. Everyone should go and watch it, even if one hasn’t read the play before. The plot is not difficult to understand, especially when it’s unfolding in front of you!

Don’t miss the Oaktoberfest! It’s well-liked for live music, craft beer, local food and family fun. The attendees can enjoy seasonal favourites and international specialities from local restaurants. There’ll be compelling games and activities for people of all age groups. Those who have a love for music should definitely attend it! There’ll be live performances from bands such as The Black Lillies, The Band of Heathens, and Motherfolk. Handcrafted microbrews and fine wines would be served too!

Green Pumpkin Trail 

Scheduled on 15th October 

The kids love it! The Green Pumpkin Trail begins at Oak Park Visitors Center where they pick a map and sticker card. They’ll keep collecting the stickers and healthy treats till they reach the last stop. On reaching the last one, they’ll receive a special treat celebrating their success! There will be live music, costume contest, face painting and a lot more for youngsters. Green Pumpkin Trail is for children aged 3 to 8 years old.
