Turkish Airlines has launched flights connecting the UAE to Houston, USA, effective from April 1, 2013. The carrier has also come out with attractive promotion for tickets. The book by date for the deal is May 26, 2013, for travel up to April 1, 2014.
Turkish Airlines Launches UAE-Houston Flights
International flyers considering tickets on flights for air travel between the UAE and the USA have all the reason to smile now. Turkey’s flag carrier, Turkish Airlines has announced to offer tickets aboard flights connecting UAE via Istanbul to Houston from April 1, 2013, revealed online sources.
Houston, Texas is the fifth destination in the USA for the airline. The city is also the latest addition in the series of routes added by the carrier to its international network of 98 nations. With the launch of new routes globally, the Turkish flag carrier endeavours to offer tickets for travel to more international destinations from the Middle East as compared to other operators.
To celebrate its new UAE via Istanbul to Houston service, the carrier has launched special introductory round trip tickets on flights on the route. Tickets for Economy Class seats (inclusive of taxes and fees) from the UAE will cost AED 3,990.
Travellers may book the introductory fare tickets on the new services by May 26, 2013, for travel up to April 1, 2014. The relatively cheap air tickets on the route are sure to please both tourists and discerning business travellers who look for flights between the UAE and the USA.
Initially, Turkish Airlines will operate four international flights between Istanbul and Houston slated to fly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in a week. These new flights will add to four existing destinations for the carrier in America which are Chicago, New York, Washington DC and Los Angeles.
