Metallica have been vocal about their praise of Abu Dhabi during a concert there.
Fans of rock music could decide to take flights to Abu Dhabi after Metallica offered their praise of the emirate during a recent concert.
The American band are currently on tour and played a date at the arena on Yas Island where more than 30,000 people attended to see them perform tracks such as For Whom the Bell Tolls and Ride the Lightening.
With the crowd giving a rapturous response to the group, lead singer James Hetfield repeatedly offered his thanks to the Metallica family.
He added his appreciation for the emirate by proclaiming “Metallica loves Abu Dhabi” to the audience.
The date was the band’s only show in the Middle East and fans had travelled from across the region to see them perform.
Many big events are being scheduled which could attract people to take flights to Abu Dhabi, such as the Mubadala World Tennis Championships, which will see the likes of Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal play.
