Holidaymakers planning to stay at the Atlantis hotel in Dubai will have a unique experience according to one journalist.

People planning holidays to Dubai may be considering staying at the Atlantis hotel, which one journalist describes “different from anything else most visitors will ever have encountered”.

Writing for City AM, Allister Heath claims that the resort is an excellent choice for a family holiday.

Mr Heath adds that the Atlantis is more than just a hotel as it boasts a giant aquarium, a water park, spa and fitness centre among other attractions.

He particularly recommends visiting Dolphin Bay, where tourists have the opportunity to swim and play with dolphins in a man-made lagoon. It also serves as a rehabilitation centre for stranded and injured animals found in the Arabian Gulf.

The Atlantis complex has 1,539 rooms, ranging from double and twin options to extravagant suites.

The hotel was recently featured on ITV’s X Factor show, when Danni Minogue took her finalists to Dubai for the Judges’ Houses episodes of the programme.
