“It is definitely a destination venue and a must see place for residents and visitors to Dubai who are looking for an upscale yet retro experience,” she commented.
Neos also incorporates a gourmet restaurant which serves luxury food such as French oysters, Boston lobster and caviar.
Two other Address properties, the Address Dubai Mall and the Address Dubai Marina, will also open in 2009.
In a list recently compiled by the Telegraph, the opening of the Atlantis resort in Dubai was named as one of the world’s most significant tourist events for 2008.
