Lara Hamdan, 22, headed out to the emirate in February and spent time touring local businesses with her classmates, as well as enjoying activities for fun in her spare time.
She said she found Dubai very international and more casual than she had expected it to be, the Homer Horizon reports.
“I really enjoyed going out, experiencing the culture and the unique architecture. The buildings are just amazing,” Ms Hamdan enthused.
She added that particular highlights of the holiday were a desert safari, a camel ride and time spent skiing indoors.
