Linkin Park will be playing in the Cape Town Stadium on November 7th.

Anyone heading to South Africa in search of some winter sun this year could take the opportunity to see one of the US’s biggest rock bands.

Linkin Park will be performing at the Cape Town Stadium on November 7th and some tickets are still available for this special gig.

The venue holds a unique place in the history of the Mother City, as it was the venue for some of the games in the 2010 World Cup. However, come November, it will not be the vuvuzelas that are reverberating around the stands.

Instead the loud roar will be provided by the instruments of the band, as they perform their monster hits such as In the End and What I’ve Done.

Linkin Park have been around for more than 15 years now and in that time they have developed into exciting live performers, with current album Living Things set to provide the majority of the new set list.
