A popular Dubai family discount promotion has been launched for the third year in a row.
Families considering booking flights to Dubai for their summer holiday have been given another reason to head to the Emirati city, as a second airline has joined the Kids Go Free promotion.
This year, Flydubai will be joining Emirates to offer families discounted packages, Emirates 24|7 reports, with offers including savings on airfare, rooms, meals, sightseeing and entertainment vouchers.
The promotion was launched in 2009 by Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), and offers lower prices for parents and free tickets for children under the age of 12.
Ameera Jokhadar, head of industry relations business development at the DTCM, said: “This year, we have more choice for everyone as more hotels are participating, including those by the beach and in the city.”
The Kids Go Free family promotion is running from May 14th to September 30th this year, and savings of up to 50 per cent are available on business and economy class flights with Emirates.
