The huge shopping event that takes place in Dubai each year has drawn to a close.
People on flights to Dubai recently may have been among the last people to have caught one of the special events taking place as part of the Shopping Festival.
Beginning on January 5th, the 17th edition of the event lasted for a month and saw some of the most popular stores and businesses from across the emirate hosting a range of discounts and special offers on their products.
Laila Suhail, chief executive officer of Dubai Events and Promotions, explained that the success of the event was exactly as it was hoped it would be.
“True to our expectations, Dubai Shopping Festival has gone from strength to strength, and this is reflected in the success of the 17th edition of the festival this year,” Ms Suhail added.
If it is the latest fashions for the home that you are more interested in after taking flights to Dubai, there could already be another perfect event in the pipeline, as Design Days Dubai is set to begin in the state on March 18th.
