Visitors benefiting from cheap flights to Sydney may consider a stay at a leading Great Barrier Reef island.
Each villa has been designed by key architect Kerry Hill and will be fitted with a private pool.
Mulpha Australia, the owner of Hayman, hopes that the new project will continue to ensure the resort offers luxurious and unusual accommodation for holidaymakers.
The company’s head of hotel investment and Hayman’s managing director, Lloyd Donaldson, explained: “The opening of our beach villas and ongoing upgrades affirm our intention to deliver new standards of product and service and position Hayman as a benchmark for resort excellence.”
According to the Great Barrier Reef tourism board, around 1.9 million tourists visit the reef each year.
