A hotel in Queensland could be an ideal holiday spot for food-loving travellers

One of the best aspects of taking cheap flights to Queensland and enjoying high-end hotels is the amazing food and drink which can often be found in prestigious accommodation and the appointment of a new director at one hotel could tempt foodies to visit.Michael Dawkins, who has some 12 years experience in food and drink at the Hyatt Regency in Coolum, has been appointed as the new food and beverage director at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove in Queensland, the hotel chain has announced.

Eateries which will be overseen by the new director include the Cove Cafe, The Verandah Bar, The Pool House and The Fireplace.

The hotel’s room service will also be in the care of the new director and the resort’s five stars already show guests that the food offered here is among the best in the region.

Attractions in Queensland ideal for visitors include the world famous Whitsunday islands and the Sunshine Coast.
