Anyone who enjoys sampling haute cuisine during their holidays to Thailand may be excited by the prospect of visiting a new restaurant in the city.

People who have booked cheap flights to Bangkok may want to splash out on some other luxuries once they arrive on their holidays to Thailand.

If this is the case then one suggestion from the Daily Telegraph could be a good option to try.

In an article about the latest things to hit luxury travel, the newspaper noted that chef David Thomson is set to open his latest eating establishment in the Thai capital.

Boasting Michelin-stared cuisine, it is likely to be a hit in Bangkok with foodies from around the world.

Speaking to the publication, he commented: “I can’t wait to get back to all that delicious chaos of Bangkok; the markets, the ingredients, the colour, having everything fresh and at my fingertips.”

The restaurant, which can be found at the Metropolitan hotel in Bangkok, is due to open in July.

Renowned for its luxury appeal, the establishment is part of the Como Hotels and Resorts chain, which also owns the Halkin in London – home to Thomson’s current restaurant, Nahms.
