A new deal between Qantas and Emirates will give travellers numerous benefits.

Australian airline Qantas will follow the example set by Emirates and use Dubai as an aviation hub.

This means that travellers in Europe and Africa will not only have more flight options when wanting to get to the Middle East, but also gives the more scope to find the perfect route down under.

The new partnership between Qantas and Emirates will also give exclusive frequent flyer benefits and introduce more world-class travel experiences.

Qantas will be the only foreign carrier operating out of Dubai International’s exclusive Terminal 3 and will use the amazing facilities to launch four daily Airbus A380 flights.

“The time was right for developing a long term, future forward partnership with Qantas, the iconic Australian airline,” said Tim Clark, president of Emirates.

He added that since Emirates first launched in 1996, Australia has always been one of the most popular destinations and now it will be one of the top three hot spots in its network.
