Philippine Airlines is all set to offer tickets for new flights services to two major cities of UAE as part of expansion plan to 12 international metropolises worldwide like Perth, Kuala Lumpur and Guangzhou.
In a bid to offer seamless connectivity and vast options to flyers seeking tickets on Manila and UAE bound flights, Philippine Airlines (PAL), the flag carrier of the Philippines is expanding services to various cities in UAE. It is part of an expansion to 12 global destinations across Middle East, Australia, China and Malaysia.
The carrier is going to add new flights to two major cities – Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Operations to Dubai will begin from November 1 while Abu Dhabi bound services will commence on October 1. Besides, it will also offer tickets for flights scheduled to begin in other Middle East destinations like Doha (Qatar) November 1, and Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam (Saudi Arabia) effective from December 1.
Other urban centres include Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) on May 2; Darwin, Brisbane and Perth (Australia) on June 1 and Guangzhou (China) on June 2.
“PAL’s route expansion, particularly in the Middle East, will open strategic gateways and allow greater connectivity to more destinations in the region through PAL’s interline partners” said airline’s President and COO.
“From UAE, for example, overseas Filipino workers can easily connect to other key cities or countries through PAL’s airline partners in the Gulf,” he stressed.
With wider networks and extensive availability of tickets on worldwide flights, international tourists and business travellers can book tickets for direct connections to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia, Australia and China. On the other hand, budget conscious flyers may look forward to cheap options.
