Budget airline AirAsia X has launched a new promotion offering cheap flights to India, China, Taiwan, Korea and Australia from Kuala Lumpur.
Azran Osman-Rani, chief executive officer of AirAsia X, said: “This promo is the best opportunity for guests to maximize on our extensive route network to travel to more places.
“With AirAsia’s long haul flights, guests from the AirAsia X network may hop on to Kuala Lumpur and connect to South East Asia and beyond.”
The carrier is also introducing a new service that will allow passengers to avoid having to check-in their luggage twice if they are taking onward AirAsia X long-haul flights from Kuala Lumpur.
In August, the airline sold a record-breaking 538,000 seats in 24 hours as part of a special online sale of domestic and international flights.
