Air France has reported that it has seen a rise in the number of passengers over the past 12 months.
People taking flights to India with Air France could be interested to know that many other travellers have used the airline in the past year, with the carrier reporting a rise in passenger numbers.
The airline reported in its August 2011 figures that it has seen a 6.1 per cent rise for capacity and a 7.6 per cent increase in traffic.
Its flights into Asia were shown to have been a success, with traffic up by nine per cent, with a 7.3 per cent increase in capacity.
Air France also recorded that there had been rises in the amount of people who had used the service to make trips to the Americas, Europe and the Caribbean.
The African and Middle East network remained stable, with the carrier noting this is a positive result due to the issues which have affected this region in the past year.
Holidaymakers on flights to India could keep an eye open for the crew of the new James Bond film on their trip, following reports that the movie is being shot in the country.
