Holidays to Dubai are more attractive in 2010 than they have been for years, one industry expert has stated.
Great package deals and cheap flights to Dubai are making holidays to the emirate “the most attractive they have been in years”, one travel specialist has asserted.
Nikki Hain, product manager for the Middle East, Indochina and Indian Ocean at Premier Holidays, explained that holidays to the region are becoming increasingly popular.
She noted that the “fantastic” airfares on offer and a greater level of competition in the accommodation market are among the factors making Dubai a top destination in 2010.
“We are seeing more hotel openings, which means that existing hotels have to be more competitively priced,” Ms Hain said.
Research released yesterday (January 19th) by the Post Office appears to support the idea that Dubai is a good value destination.
The organisation’s Travel Services Holiday Money Report revealed that Dubai is among the locations where British holidaymakers can get more for their money due to the strengthening of the pound over the past year.
