Air France KLM has reported the number of people who travelled on its airlines during November increased.

The number of people who took flights to Thailand and other destinations with Air France KLM during November was up on the previous month, new figures have shown.

Statistics from the company show traffic was up by 2.5 per cent compared with the numbers recorded during the previous month.

The total number of people who boarded flights with the firm was 5.87 million, representing a rise of 2.6 per cent in passenger numbers.

Passengers numbers to the Americas was shown the have increased strongly during the month, although areas such as Asia and Africa and the Middle East saw a decline.

The number of trips made to Africa was boosted slightly by Air France commencing a route to Cape Town.

People who take long-haul flights to Thailand and other locations with Air France could be among those who get to sample a delicious new menu which is now being offered to Business Class travellers.
