What happens when South Africa’s finest micro breweries celebrate the flavours and heritage of craft beer? A crazy party that’s called Clarens Craft Beer Festival! This event brings over 70 renowned brews of South Africa to spoil guests with authentic flavours. Nestled amidst the gorgeous Maluti Mountains, Clarens is perfect for the holidaymakers who have a taste for craft beers and wish to spend some time in the lap of nature.

The Clarens Craft Beer Festival will kick off on 27th February and will continue to entertain the guests till 28th February, 2015.

As soon as you reach Clarens, the small town, country-living ambience will surely leave you mesmerised with its quaint charm. The small alleys and streets dotted with arty nooks and crannies will make you want to forget about the modern world. A good mug of beer is always great, but what if the delight is paired with a great band performance? Perfect, right? At Clarens Craft Beer Festival, you can also enjoy the performances of the likes of “The Shaun Jacobs”. Besides them, local musicians too, keep the visitors entertained and happily occupied with music all night.

Eating

Should you find a need to eat too, there are many local restaurants that serve lip-smacking gourmet meals. Complement the beers with a full course meal or appetising snacks – the choice is all yours.
