People with a holiday home in Thailand can make the most of the property even when they are not there by renting it out to other travellers.

The country’s tourism industry seems to be showing signs of improving again as the global economy begins to pick up, according to Paul Collins, editor at BuyAssociation

As a result of this, he explained it could be a great option for people who have bought a home in the country to make some additional income by renting it out.

“The advantages for buyers are that the opportunity to rent their property out to the tourist market are extended with Australasia as one of the main points of origin for visitors to Thailand,” Mr Collins said.

Buying property in Thailand could be a good option for people who like to holiday in the country, as Nick Marr, director at, recently noted there are some very good prices available.
