The portal recommends a visit to the Phi Phi Islands, which it says offer beautiful scenery and food at bargain prices.

“It’s kind of like shopping at a dollar store and finding it stocked with Gucci,” writer Sarah Tuff enthuses.

Film buffs will also be able to visit Phi Phi Leh, location for The Beach, which starred Leonardo DiCaprio in 2000.
