Explore the numerous beaches on offer in Goa.

There are so many reasons to book flights to Goa in India, but surely one of the best is the state’s fantastic beaches.

Across 105 kilometres of coastline, Goa enjoys a variety of beaches to suit all sorts of visitors – from vast stretches of undisturbed and perfect white sand to those areas are popular with tourists and offer a great location to meet people and have a good time.

According to Goa Tourism, all of the best beaches can easily be visited from the capital Panaji and Goa’s second city, Margao.

Highlighting the enormous breadth of choice, it says: “There are beaches far from human habitation with very basic or sometimes no facility for accommodation. Then there are some with ultra modern comforts like internet cafes, massage centres, gyms, swimming pools, night clubs, etc.

The best beaches in North Goa can be reached from Fort Aguada and include Sinquerim, Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim and Arambol.
