Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow

If you happen to be in Hong Kong in July or are planning a trip to the city, make sure you reach in time for this comedy extravaganza. Melbourne International Comedy festival Roadshow is Australia’s biggest comedy festival, and has a huge fan following in Hong Kong, which is why a group of very talented Australian and international performers are reaching Hong Kong for seven nights of comedy and unending laughter.

La Vida Loca

To find a little bit of Mexico in Hong Kong, reach Tikiti Bowling Bar on every Saturday in July. The bar is coming out with its latest promotion called La Vida Loca beginning on 1st of July. The event will feature “La Cantina Mexican Buffet Menu” as well as the “Muchas Gracias 6 Course Tasting Menu” dedicated to the Mayan culture of Mexico. The event will start with a game of bowling which will be followed by a round of cocktails leading to a game of musical chairs. There will also be a comedy show titled “The Three Amigos Comedy Show”. A night of fun in Mexican style cannot culminate without some Salsa Dance, so here you will find it! To keep the kids busy and entertained, games like One Little Inca, Two Little Incas, Three Little Incas, Four, Pin the Tail on the Donkey and Bolero Bowling will be arranged.

GuavaPass x Limewood Yoga on the Beach

For a few moments of tranquillity on your trip, this event is just perfect. Featuring the sunset yoga classes at the Repulse Beach, the event is a great way to flex a few tense muscles in your body. Held by Lindsay from Krishnan Yoga on every Tuesday of July, the event will give you a chance to reconnect to your inner self as the sun sets on the beach. Adding to the feeling of wellness will be refreshing drinks by Vita Coco and some very healthy meals by Limewood.

The Beach Party

There are only a few things in life that are better than the beach on a hot summer day. Taking the celebration of summer a notch higher is the beach party at Pak Sha Chau Island where the whole town is invited. You can take your own drinks and food and spend the entire day watching people shaking a leg over live music played by popular DJs, or better still you can take a splash in the water and swoon to the music with a beer in your hand, watching the sun set in the distance. Recipe for a blissful day, we would say!

Story Party Hong Kong, Dating Stories

All of us have that one dating story that is downright weird or totally romantic or nothing like anything anyone has heard before. The TakeOut Comedy Club is Hong Kong is organising a cathartic event where people can tell their most memorable dating stories for evoking some smiles or some tears. It will be a great experience when strangers come together and bond over something that concerns everyone.
