The WWE will stand alongside pyramids and Sphinx in Cairo this October.
Many people enjoying two weeks or more in Sharm el Sheikh often like to take a short trip to Cairo to see the wonders on offer in the ancient city.
This autumn, as well as the pyramids, Sphinx and museums, the superstars of the WWE will also be in the ancient city.
From the October 18th through to the 20th the wrestlers will take over the Cairo Stadium Complex.
The worldwide appeal of the WWE was witnessed last month when more than 16,000 sports entertainment fans packed out Abu Dhabi’s Zayed Sports City.
Some of the company’s biggest stars will be making their way to Egypt including Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio, Zack Ryder, Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler.
“WWE is one of the largest names in family entertainment and it’s a great honour to hold such an enormous event in a wonderful country like Egypt,” said Assem Al Sheikh, chairman of Creative Design – the organisation promoting the events.
