However, the pattern of the winds changes with the seasons and therefore during October and November, one may not get to enjoy the sport on certain days. The Laguna area has separate zones for kite–surfing and windsurfing and is perfectly safe for novices. Once you are outside the area, be prepared for the fury of the winds. You need to be well-experienced to surf outside. Many wind surfing stations around Laguna area offer courses as well as equipment to visitors.
