Some growth is being seen again in the Dubai property market.

Investing in a property in Dubai is becoming a more attractive option again as some developments are being seen in the sector.

After a couple of years of stagnation, there has been some growth recently, which Paul Collins, editor at BuyAssociation, said was an indication that the market in the region is starting to move again.

He explained that while buying properties in Dubai has always been popular for very wealthy individuals due to its position as a tax haven, it is beginning to gain ground with a wider range of people.

“It is also popular from a logistical point of view, in the sense that it is very easy to get to most parts of the world from Dubai and it really is becoming a proper international hub for business,” Mr Collins added.

Even more people could be heading towards Dubai in the future as its airport is predicted to see as many as 90 million passengers passing through each year by 2020.
