A location close to the emirate’s office blocks could appeal to those who want to rent out to professionals.
But Jumeirah Park could appeal more to people with children and who want to rent to families.
Covering over 350 hectares of land, the area also appeals to many as it is close to the airport and only a short distance from the Dubai Marina attraction.
“Focused around a series of eco-friendly green spaces and parks, the Jumeirah Park is ideal for families and those who enjoy the outdoors,” Mr Golamy added.
