Dubai’s shopping malls will be open around the clock during the state’s Eid celebrations.

To help tourists see Dubai at its finest this month, authorities are planning to make one of the emirate’s star attractions even more accessible.

The shopping centres in the state are some of the most lavish and well-stocked in the world, while some even serve as concert venues and entertainment complexes.

Anyone booking a flight to Dubai during the upcoming Eid celebrations will find that these malls will be open 24 hours a day from October 18th to 29th.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, who ordered the new opening times, said that it will now be easier for families to celebrate in Dubai.

Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of the board of directors of Dubai Events & Promotions Establishment, believes that the move will make the state a “must-visit” destination during Eid Al Adha.

“Eid in Dubai will be one of the headline events in Dubai’s festival calendar, further highlighting the city’s status as the events and entertainment capital of the region,” he added.
