Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is reported to be keen on opening a night club in the emirate city of Dubai.

The singer turned author allegedly wants to collaborate with her boyfriend Nick House, who has already been successful with such ventures in the UK, in order to offer an exciting nighspot that could lure the rich and famous, as well as tourists on holidays to Dubai.

“She’s really pushing for this. She loves all the glamour and glitz of Dubai and she just can’t wait to get started on this new venture,” Contact Music quotes an unnamed source as telling the Star.

Halliwell flew out to Dubai to spend the festive season there with House and her daughter Bluebell and was reported to have enjoyed it so much that she was considering buying a property.

It is not known whether she bumped into fellow Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, who is also in Dubai at the moment.
