A major hotel operator in Thailand has confirmed the opening of a new hotel at Bangkok’s IMPACT Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Novotel Bangkok will offer 380 suites and rooms as well as two restaurants, bar, swimming pool and fitness centre. It is expected to open towards the beginning of 2011 and could be an ideal destination for those taking flights to Bangkok.
“Novotels are located at some of the world’s most significant conference, events and exhibition centres – including London’s EXCEL and Sydney’s Darling Harbour and Olympic Park precincts – so we believe the hotel will be ideally positioned,” explained Accor’s vice-president of operations for Thailand, Cambodia and Laos, Oswald Pichler.
