People flying to Australia who are looking for a budget holiday may want to stay in one of Australia’s three new high-quality youth hostels, according to TravelDailyNews.

Youth Hostel Australia, that operates the network of budget accommodation in the country, will open new venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane this year.

More than £30 million has been spent in investment into affordable accommodation for travellers heading for a holiday in Australia.

Each new development will have state-of-the art technology and will be committed to the environment.

The property in Sydney will offer visitors views over the harbour and the Opera House from its roof terrace.

In Melbourne, the new site opened in April in the centre of the city on Flinders Street and the Brisbane building will open its doors to guests from June.

Those who have booked flights to Sydney may want to pay a visit to the world-famous Bondi beach or climb the Harbour Bridge, New South Wales Tourism suggests.
