Travellers who wish to incorporate photography into their holiday in Australia may be interested in a new tour being offered to visitors in Melbourne.

Participants looking to get active but also work on their camera skills may wish to get their places booked on this new experience.

The photography workshop has been combined with a cycle tour where people will get the opportunity to try out their skills behind the lens.

At the start of the day, participants will attend a “fun, hands-on photography workshop” before heading out into Melbourne by bike.

Classes are small and are suitable for both beginners and intermediates, according to the tourist board.

Murray Johnson, a journalist and photographer who has 30 years of experience handling a camera, will lead the classes, offering tips and tricks to becoming a better picture-taker.

The city of Melbourne is located in the Australian territory of Victoria and is located near the coastline of Port Philip Bay.
