The carrier was named Best Airline in Southeast Asia by Global Traveller (GT) at its recent award ceremony.

Mr Chanapai said the accolade is testament to the hard work that all of Thai’s staff have put into customer services for the firm.

“Thai is honoured and proud to have received the GT Tested Award. It reflects the high level of comfort and service that Thai consistently offers to passengers,” he added.
