Cape Town International Convention Centre is to be the venue for this year’s African Fashion International event.

African Fashion International could be an great attraction for anyone who has booked flights to Cape Town this month.

Running from July 13th to 16th as part of Cape Town Fashion Week, the event is being held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre and is the continent’s largest gathering of fashion talent.

Designers that are set to showcase their new ranges at this year’s African Fashion International include Leigh Schubert, Abigail Betz, Michelle Ludek, David Tlale and many more.

First launched in 2003, the fashion week has grown into one of the premier ‘new world’ events on the fashion calendar, with representatives from the biggest fashion houses and publications all heading to the daily shows.

It aims to provide an international platform for both established and up-and-coming designers, with many of the shows open to the public and introductory courses into the world of fashion and seminars with leading lights in the profession available.
