The Metro suggested taking a trip to Kerala, where travellers can work alongside voluntary organisation Viswadarsanam, with the aim of “greening the mind”.
Volunteers with the project will be able to help with the organisation of nature camps and health programmes, as well as being able to work with alternative lifestyle programmes, the news provider informed.
Travellers will be able to learn about activities such as yoga, herbal medicine and meditation during their stay.
