The airline has announced that even its economy class passengers and those booking tickets aboard flights with other airline may also enjoy the moment of peace and tranquillity of the carrier’s latest luxury offering for a minimal fee.

Experts believe the airline has launched the newest luxury lounge as a response to foreign airlines, including Emirates and Lufthansa operating premium- class lounges at T3 and catering to high value premium travellers who book flights’ tickets.

At T3, international airlines providing tickets on flights to and from India send their business and first-class passengers to Premium Plaza and ITC. In fact, these have become a common pool for premium flyers booking tickets on scheduled flights to and from the city to get pampered with superlative services and facilities at the airport.

Air India has been using the facilities of Premier Plaza in the international terminal, in addition to a coffee shop in the domestic terminal and a private lounge in the international terminal for its premier passengers booking business-class tickets aboard its flights.

Air India is the state-owned national carrier of India with its main hubs at Delhi and Mumbai airports. The airline offers tickets on flights on its extensive network that includes destinations within Asia and to the Middle East, Europe and North America.
