Etihad has announced it will be increasing the number of flights it offers as it teams up with airberlin.

People on flights to Abu Dhabi could soon have more options to choose from when picking their dates and times as Etihad Airlines has announced it has teamed up with airberlin to boost its capacity.

The national airline of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced a significant increase in services between Abu Dhabi and both Germany and Thailand.

As of March 25th, airberlin will offer more services between Abu Dhabi and Berlin and Dusseldorf, with plans to add another connection from the UAE capital to Phuket subject to approval by the German government.
All of the new flights will be conducted by an Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

Etihad will also be adding more flights from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok from April 15th as part of the agreement.

Some people could be planning to take flights to Abu Dhabi later in the year after Madonna announced she would playing a concert in the state as part of her forthcoming world tour.
