Carrier’s new redup service will allow passengers to upgrade to business class at a discounted price
Austrian Airlines has unveiled a new offer which will allow passengers to upgrade to businesses more quickly and easily than before.
The carrier’s new ‘redup’ service will enable economy class passengers to upgrade their ticket without having to pay full price.
Starting from just 149 euros (£120) on European routes, Austrian Airline customers can start taking advantage of all the benefits afforded to business class clients including a special baggage check-in service.
They will also have the chance to use the ‘fast lane’ at Vienna airport and gain access to the business lounge.
Redup can be used on all scheduled flights operated by Austrian with an OS flight number.
Available on all scheduled flights operated by Austrian Airlines with an OS flight number, the redup service is fully flexible.
Customers have the chance to just upgrade a single leg of their journey and can do so just a few hours before take-off.
