Qantas is providing complimentary lounge passes for Heathrow Airport to any of its passengers who are departing on flights to Australia from regional airports around the UK.

People booking flights to Australia which leave from regional UK airports may be pleased to hear that Qantas Holidays is offering free lounge passes to its customers who have to travel via Heathrow on their flight to the country.

The Australian company announced the initiative today (November 18th), which will benefit passengers departing from Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle.

Anyone travelling on one of the carrier’s Walkabout fares will be eligible for a complimentary lounge pass at London’s biggest airport.

However, it is only available if passengers have also booked a land component of their trip with Qantas alongside their air travel.

The airline offers direct flights from Heathrow to both Melbourne and Sydney. Passengers in the north of England and Scotland can book connecting flights with the carrier from several airports in the region.

Passes only give customers access to the Servisair lounges on their outbound trip.
