People who want to attend one of Australia’s summer festivals should consider travelling to Sydney or Perth this weekend.

Travellers on holidays to Australia who want to experience one of the  country’s summer music festivals should consider booking flights to Perth or Sydney this weekend.

The Good Vibrations event is taking place in Sydney on February 13th before moving on to Perth on the 14th.

Featuring artists such as Basement Jaxx, the Killers and Friendly Fires, it’s sure to be an entertaining day of music.

Perth is hosting the festival in its Claremont Showground and the organisers promise an action-packed line-up.

Anyone who is unable to make the Perth or Sydney dates may be pleased to hear that Good Vibrations will reappear at new locations the following weekend.

Other venues set to host the tour include the Showgrounds at Parklands Gold Coast and the Flemington Race Course in Melbourne on February 20th and 21st.

Tickets cost AU$139 (£77.24) and are available through the organisers’ website, which also has helpful travel information about each of the cities playing holding the festival.
