The 6th edition of edition of the much applauded IPL is expected to kick start from the April 3 and last till May 26, 2013, reported various online sources.

Sources further reveal that the event will have its opening and closing ceremonies at the EdenGardens of Kolkata, one of the biggest cricket grounds in India. And like last year, the opening ceremony is believed to be one of the most extravagant ceremonies with performances by a bevy of famous national and international celebrities.

IPL matches are to be held in cities like Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, just to name a few, most of which are top holiday hotspots and see streams of visitors booking tickets on flights to the destination, anyway.
